Calorie Count


I found this really cool website called "Calorie Count". What you do is you fill out some information about yourself such as your weight, height, age, amount of activity, and how much weight you want to lose by a certain date, and it spits out the amount of calories you need to eat, and then how many you need to burn. It also has a really cool feature that lets you keep a food diary online so that you can keep track of everything digitally. I am going to start using this, and keep myself honest with what I eat.
